FLIX Kick Up is published by FLIX TOYS. The game does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number or location. This policy explains which information the game uses and why.

Stored on your device

Your records, feathers, unlocked FLIXes and scenes, settings (sound, vibration, language), online nickname and purchase status are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.

Online play

Online play only runs when you open "Play online". Your device then connects to our game server over an encrypted connection (wss). The server receives:

the nickname you choose (up to 16 characters),

your in-match score,

your ready / rematch state,

the room code,

a temporary session key so you can reconnect.

These are shown to your opponent during the match. The server keeps them in memory only for the match and does not write them to a database. Short-lived technical logs (room code, random player number, score) may be kept to fix problems.

The server runs on Render (render.com). As with any internet connection, your IP address is processed to deliver the connection and may appear in the hosting provider's technical logs. Do not use your real name or personal details as your nickname.

Ads (Google AdMob)

Ads in the game are shown by Google AdMob:

Rewarded ads: only watched if you choose to (to keep going or to double your feathers).

Interstitial ads: every few runs, between runs. No ads open during an online match.

Banner: if enabled, only at the bottom of the main menu, never during play.

To show and measure ads, AdMob may use the device's advertising identifier (only if you allow it), approximate location (from the IP address), ad interactions and diagnostics. In the EEA and UK, Google's consent form is shown first. Your device asks whether to allow tracking; if you decline, ads are not personalised and the game works the same. In-app purchases and No Ads

In-app purchases (feather packs, the Starter Pack and No Ads) are handled by Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details; Apple only tells the app which product was bought. "No Ads" permanently turns off interstitial and banner ads; rewarded ads stay optional. You can restore purchases with "Restore purchases" in the in-game Store.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deletion and questions

To delete the data on your device, delete the app. Online match data is not stored on the server, so there is no account to delete. If this policy changes, this page will be updated. Contact: flixtoysofficial.com

Cihazında saklananlar

Rekorların, tüylerin, açtığın FLIX'ler ve sahneler, ayarların (ses, titreşim, dil), online takma adın ve satın aldığın ürünlerin bilgisi yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silersen hepsi silinir.

Online oyun

Online oyun yalnızca sen "Online oyna"yı açtığında çalışır. O sırada cihazın şifreli bağlantıyla (wss) oyun sunucumuza bağlanır. Sunucuya gidenler: seçtiğin takma ad (en fazla 16 karakter), maç içindeki puanın, hazır / tekrar oyna durumun, oda kodu ve yeniden bağlanabilmen için geçici bir oturum anahtarı. Bunlar rakibine maç sırasında gösterilir. Sunucu bu bilgileri yalnızca maç süresince bellekte tutar, veritabanına yazmaz. Sorunları çözmek için kısa süreli teknik kayıtlar (oda kodu, rastgele oyuncu numarası, skor) tutulabilir.

Sunucu Render (render.com) üzerinde çalışır. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresin bağlantıyı kurmak için işlenir ve barındırma sağlayıcısının teknik kayıtlarında görünebilir. Takma adına gerçek adını ya da kişisel bilgini yazma.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Ödüllü reklamlar: yalnızca sen istersen izlenir (devam etmek ya da tüyleri ikiye katlamak için).

Tur arası reklamlar: birkaç turda bir, turlar arasında. Online maç sırasında reklam açılmaz.

Banner: açıksa yalnızca ana menünün altında görünür, oyun sırasında görünmez.

AdMob reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için cihazın reklam kimliğini (yalnızca izin verirsen), yaklaşık konumunu (IP adresinden), reklam etkileşimlerini ve tanılama verilerini kullanabilir. Avrupa'da ve İngiltere'de önce Google'ın onay ekranı çıkar. Cihazın sana "takip izni" sorusunu sorar; izin vermezsen reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir, oyun aynı şekilde çalışır. Satın almalar ve Reklamsız

Uygulama içi satın almalar (tüy paketleri, Başlangıç Paketi ve Reklamsız) Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz; Apple yalnızca hangi ürünün alındığını uygulamaya bildirir. "Reklamsız" tur arası reklamları ve banner'ı kalıcı olarak kapatır; ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlı olarak kalır. Satın alımlarını oyun içi Mağaza'daki "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri yükleyebilirsin.

Çocuklar

Oyun her yaşa uygundur. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

Silme ve sorular
