FLIX 3·2·1

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or playing FLIX 3·2·1, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access or use the game.

License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play FLIX 3·2·1 for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit or otherwise use the game except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with prior written permission.

Online Multiplayer

FLIX 3·2·1 includes real-time online multiplayer features, including matchmaking, competitive matches and league-based gameplay.

Online gameplay requires an active internet connection.

Match information, gameplay events and other necessary data may be transmitted to and processed by FLIX 3·2·1 servers in order to:

• operate multiplayer matches;

• synchronize players;

• determine match and round results;

• provide matchmaking;

• calculate rankings and league standings;

• maintain competitive integrity;

• detect abuse, cheating or manipulation; and

• operate and maintain the game.

Network interruptions, latency, device limitations, server maintenance or temporary outages may affect online gameplay.

FLIX TOYS does not guarantee that online services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Player Identity and Display Names

FLIX 3·2·1 may allow players to choose a display name that can be shown to other players during multiplayer matches, league tables or other competitive features.

You must not use a display name that:

• is unlawful;

• is threatening, abusive or hateful;

• is obscene or sexually explicit;

• impersonates another person or organization;

• infringes intellectual property rights;

• contains sensitive personal information; or

• is otherwise inappropriate for use within the game.

FLIX TOYS reserves the right to remove, reset, restrict or modify inappropriate display names where reasonably necessary.

Player identity may be associated with a locally stored game token or identifier rather than a traditional email-and-password account.

If this locally stored identity is deleted, lost or becomes unavailable, associated game progress, statistics or league data may not be recoverable.

Fair Play and Competitive Integrity

Players are expected to play fairly.

You may not use or attempt to use:

• cheats;

• automation software;

• bots;

• modified or unauthorized clients;

• scripts designed to automate gameplay;

• exploits;

• unauthorized network manipulation;

• methods designed to interfere with other players;

• reverse engineering intended to gain an unfair competitive advantage; or

• any other technique intended to manipulate gameplay, matchmaking, rankings or match results.

FLIX TOYS may take reasonable action where cheating, abuse, exploitation or manipulation is detected or reasonably suspected.

Such action may include:

• invalidating match results;

• resetting statistics or league progress;

• restricting online features;

• temporarily or permanently restricting access to multiplayer services; or

• taking other measures necessary to protect the integrity of the game.

Match Results

FLIX 3·2·1 uses server-side systems and game rules to determine valid gameplay events, answers, match outcomes and rankings.

For the purposes of gameplay, the result produced by the current game version and its server systems is considered final.

Temporary technical issues may occasionally affect matches. FLIX TOYS may correct, invalidate or reset affected results where reasonably necessary.

League and Rankings

FLIX 3·2·1 may include competitive leagues, divisions, rankings, points systems, promotion and relegation.

League structures, scoring systems, season durations, divisions, matchmaking rules and ranking calculations may change over time as the game evolves.

League positions, rankings, achievements, points and other virtual competitive features:

• have no real-world monetary value;

• cannot be exchanged for money;

• cannot be transferred between users unless explicitly supported by the game; and

• may be modified, recalculated or reset when reasonably necessary.

Football Data

FLIX 3·2·1 uses a curated football database to determine relationships between football players and football clubs for gameplay purposes.

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep this information accurate. However, football records may sometimes be incomplete, outdated, disputed or interpreted differently by different sources.

For the purposes of a FLIX 3·2·1 match, the football data contained in the current version of the game and recognized by its server systems determines whether an answer is accepted.

FLIX 3·2·1 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to any football club, football player, league, federation, association or governing body unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All third-party football club names, player names, league names, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

FLIX 3·2·1, including its original gameplay systems, software, source code, game mechanics, game design, user interface, graphics, visual identity, databases, audio, documentation and other original materials, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

FLIX TOYS is the official publisher and brand associated with the game.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• copy or reproduce the game;

• distribute unauthorized copies;

• modify or create unauthorized derivative versions;

• extract or commercially exploit game assets;

• commercially exploit the source code;

• remove copyright or ownership notices; or

• use FLIX 3·2·1 intellectual property without prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of FLIX 3·2·1 except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

This does not prevent legitimate security research or activity expressly permitted under applicable law.

Virtual Features

FLIX 3·2·1 may include virtual statistics, rankings, league positions, achievements or other game features.

These features do not represent money, property or legal ownership.

They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Availability and Updates

FLIX 3·2·1 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

FLIX TOYS and the developer may update, modify, improve, rebalance, temporarily suspend or discontinue parts of the game.

Updates may change:

• gameplay mechanics;

• football data;

• supported football clubs or players;

• matchmaking;

• rankings;

• leagues;

• scoring rules;

• server infrastructure;

• interfaces;

• technical requirements; or

• other features.

Continued use of the game may require installation of updates.

Server Maintenance

Online services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security work, infrastructure problems or circumstances outside reasonable control.

FLIX TOYS does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted operation of online servers.

Termination

Your permission to use FLIX 3·2·1 may be terminated if you materially violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the game where required.

FLIX TOYS may restrict access to online services where necessary to protect users, infrastructure or competitive integrity.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLIX 3·2·1 is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or free from technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ediz Yücel and FLIX TOYS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, FLIX 3·2·1.

This may include losses resulting from:

• network interruptions;

• server downtime;

• device failure;

• loss of locally stored identity;

• loss of game progress;

• matchmaking interruptions; or

• temporary technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to FLIX 3·2·1, legal requirements, security requirements or operational practices.

The latest version will be made available through the official FLIX TOYS website.

Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of FLIX 3·2·1 after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Rights

These Terms do not override mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
